We can do the design in any color or combination of colors or prints. We then do a glass layer of epoxy to seal the tray which protects the design, ease of cleaning and looks elegant in your home.
Trays can be used for serving or just a nice addition to your home decor.

Welcome to Junction Makers, where we have ready to ship product, but more importantly we can customize any of our products to make them unique to what you want to see. Being a part of the process makes buying products for gift giving, event planning or just for yourself so much more personable and fun.
We've made an array of products from tumblers, apparel, home decor, ornaments, tables, signs, pet stands and so much more. But with our ability to work with wood, metal, glass, plastic and textiles...if you have an product you'd like made or even an idea we can build off of, contact us, we'd love to work with you!

How it’s Made
We purchase only high quality wood trays, rustic, strong but lightweight.
Finding a design and creating it is part of the fun, working with you on what you want to see to add to your home decor.
Using a large array of colors and designs we can create what you want to see.
After the design is created and proofed by the customer we lay the design and then cover it with a layer of epoxy resin to protect the design, make clean up on the tray quick and easy and to give the final product a beautiful appearance.
Shop Policies
PROCESSING TIMES:
1-2 days for Ready made items
3-4 days for Custom products
SHIPPING TIMES:
USPS First Class Mail service is 3-5 days (excludes Sunday) USPS Priority Mail service is 1-3 days (excludes Sunday) USPS Priority Express Mail service is an overnight shipping service but some locations require 2 days Delivery times are provided by the United States Postal Service, however, occasionally packages can be delayed. If you have a specific "need by" date, we highly recommend that you purchase the Priority Express Mail Service, as this is the only guaranteed service.
RETURN POLICY:
If you need to return your order for any reason, simply contact us within 7 days of order being marked delivered by USPS. Customized items are not eligible for return. Returned items must be in original condition, buyer is responsible for any loss in value if an item isn't returned in original condition. Please be sure to package returned items in a way that they will not be damaged in transit. Buyer is responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number. Refund will be applied once we receive items back in original condition.
CANCELATION POLICY:
Once custom items are approved they can not be cancelled.

Q: How do I contact you if I want a customized product?
A: Please email us with your requests. We are watching our emails and will get back to you within 24 hrs. or less.
Q: What else do you sell?
A: Most of our items are on goimagine.com, however there are some specialty items we have made and will have those continually updated on our website www.junctionmakers.com for everyone to view.
Q: What are our business hours? When can we be reached?
A: Our standard business hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00 am CST until 6:00 pm CST. If you contact us, we usually will respond with 24 hours.
Q: Do we accommodate custom orders?
A: Yes, that is specifically what Junction Makers is all about, we look forward to helping you design what you want to see.
